LAUNDRY MAT

This is a tip I read in Women's Weekly today. I wish I knew this a few weeks ago when my washing machine broke and had to go to the laundry mat for three weeks. It was a cute idea. Put magnets on the washer and dryers you are using to know which one has your cloths in them. I used a post-it note when I went the first time. Also when you go to the laundry mat the larger more expensive machines are in the front so check out which one you need before you put your money in. Don't leave your thing unattended.

ORGANIZATION

Since I'm low vision and try to be organized. As my family will say, I can never find my glasses but they are always in one of three places. By the kitchen TV, on my dresser and in my bathroom. I have a tray on my dresser in the shape of glasses. Putting them in a tray at night is the best way to know where they are. While I was at a hotel last weekend I put all of my things on one side of the sink. I was sharing a room with my sister. I use a clear make-up bag from the Container Store my sister bought me. It helps me find thing faster. Since my sister also has a clear make-up bag she said having our bags on separate sides help her know where her things were.
