THE KITCHEN
When I first lost my sight cooking was a big challenge. We had just moved so I had an electric stove with a flat top. It's is exactly what I recommend. I spilled over many posts of pasta, pored outside of the pot....
I only have vision in one eye so I had to adjust to not having depth perception. My husband and sons cook most of the time but we love our flat top stove. We can clean the spills up unlike a gas stove.
