Hi Frances,
It works this way. If you leave the font-size in its
default setting while composing a post, it'll be bound to the size that
you define under Dashboard - Template - Customize - Advanced - Page.
Otherwise, if you've changed the font-size while composing a post, it
will follow the specific size that you have selected for that particular
post instead. I usually won't temper with the font-size in the post
editor, as I prefer to apply a uniform rule using the 'Advanced' tab.
